Urad, Ragi and Oats Dosa
Urad, Ragi and Oats Dosa - Shyamala Shenoy
Recipe :
Soak 1 cup urad dal
Make batter from it n Ferment it overnight..Add 1 cup of ragi flour n 1 cup of coarse powdered oats to the batter just before preparing dosas.
