Vegetable Hakka noodles presented as a bird's nest... Have used rice to symbolise the eggs... Recipe for Noodles/chowmein...Boil spaghetti with a lil salt and some oil(so that they don't stick on)... Once boiled, drain off the water. Heat olive oil in a pan, fry all cut veggies like cabbage carrots beans capsicum along with onion on a high flame ... Now add the boiled spaghetti into this. Also add soya sauce and a pinch of ajinomoto (optional...I normally don't use). Keep stirring and mixing all on a high flame... Once it is mixed well switch off the flame n serve hot!
