Roasted Capsicum Raitha - Sanjana Kamath




Wash capsicum and chop very fine .heat oil in a pan roast capsi till color change ( low flame ) in bowl take roasted capsi ( complete cool ) + salt and smash ,add chopped onion thick curd mix well ....for tadaka heat oil add mustered + curry leaves + red chilly ..... garnish with hara daniya ...
