Bondi Kirpul

Bondi Kirpul - Laxmi Bhandary

Ingredients: 
Bondi (banana flower) 1, garlic 6 to 7 cloves, red chillies 4 to 5, grated coconut 2 tbsps, oil 2 tbsps

Method: 
Finely chop or grate bondi and soak in water for 15 to 20 minutes. Drain the excess water. Heat oil in kadai, add crushed garlic fry till light brown. Then add red chillies, fry for a minute, add grated bondi and salt. Sprinkle little water and close the lid cook till done. Add grated coconut, stir fry for 2 minutes. Now bondi kirpul ready to serve.
