Bhenda Sagle

Make a ground paste(a little coarse) using grated coconut, roasted red chillies, tamarind and water by blending in the mixer grinder...Then at the end of grinding process add coriander seeds roasted in a little oil. ..grind for a minute or two...
Then boil the ground masala and bhindi pieces together, add salt according to your taste..you can add water to get desired consistency..and cook till the bhindi is done...
Then finish it with mustard and curry leaves tempering...
