Shevai Usli - Suman Bhat

One pack rice vermicelli enough for 4 adults cook as per packet instructions .For Tadka  tbsp oil ,1tsp mustard seeds ,4 green chilles chopped ,1/2 inch ginger chopped,2 strings curry leaves ,2 onions chopped long,2 tbsp cashewnuts/peanuts chopped/whole ,3 tbsp coc0nut grated and last to garnish coriander leave finely chopped. Heat oil...splutter the mustard then add green chilles and ginger and karipatta once they change colors fry the cashew nuts /peanuts in the oil once crisp and brown add the onions and fry till translucent.Then the grated coconut and fry on high flame till dry ...last add the cooked and strained vermicelli salt and sugar to taste and garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot .
